  • Line Producing

    • Collaborate with the Director of Artistic Programming to plan and advance performances, projects, and events for Lincoln Center’s Summer Festival.
    • Serve as the primary artist liaison throughout the production process, overseeing contracts, budgets, marketing materials, and gathering technical and hospitality riders.
    • Act as the onsite manager and point of contact, ensuring a seamless artist experience and addressing concerns promptly.
    • Work closely with Event Production Managers to advance performances by securing production elements such as backline, equipment rentals, and coordinating day-of schedules.
    • Manage budgets and production-related expenses, making informed decisions on rentals, housing, hospitality, and transportation.
    • Maintain internal communications with various Lincoln Center departments, including PACO, Production, Operations, Legal, People Team, and MarComm, as well as LCPA constituent colleagues when applicable.
    • Assist the Director of Artistic Programming in tracking timelines and schedules.
    • Partner with the Contracts and Payment Coordinator to oversee the execution of contracts and processing of payments for all performances.
    • Manage and update Monday.com, Arts Vision, and SharePoint as needed.
    • Represent Lincoln Center onsite at all events.

    What You Bring

    • 2-7 years of experience in line producing within the performing arts, touring, or production, with a strong passion for working with artists.
    • Ability and willingness to work an intensive outdoor festival schedule during the summer months.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
    • Strong organizational and technical skills.
    • Proven leadership abilities and the capacity to work independently.
    • A deep passion for the performing arts.
