Security Analyst – Key Responsibilities

Manage enterprise security tools (EDR, DLP, SIEM, vulnerability scanners) to detect and respond to threats

Partner with engineering to investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures

Administer IAM systems (Okta, SSO, MFA) and conduct quarterly access reviews

Support compliance initiatives (SOC 2, GDPR) by managing audits, security assessments, and documentation

Collaborate on enterprise risk management strategies and mitigation planning

Secure onboarding/offboarding of employees, including access management and device handling

Harden MacOS endpoints with Kandji and administer UNIX-based systems

Provide IT troubleshooting support with a security-first mindset

Automate repetitive tasks to enhance detection and response

Develop security documentation, policies, and procedures to support resilience
Security Analyst – What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
-
3–5 years in security operations, IT security, or compliance-focused roles
-
Strong knowledge of IAM, incident response, endpoint security, and vulnerability management

Experience securing UNIX-based systems (MacOS/Linux) and enterprise SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom)

Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for risk reduction and cybersecurity

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+, GIAC) are a plus
