About the Job: Security Awareness & Education Analyst III
This key role will drive a strong security culture by designing and executing phishing simulations, creating engaging security awareness content, and leading training initiatives. The Analyst will analyze engagement data to refine strategies, improve training effectiveness, and foster positive security behaviors. This requires strong communication skills to explain complex security topics clearly and proactively adapt the program to evolving threats.
Responsibilities:
- Assess system weaknesses and risks through vulnerability testing.
- Implement and document new/upgraded security measures.
- Investigate security violations, coordinate with relevant teams, and manage service providers.
- Develop and implement security controls to prevent internal/external attacks on company systems.
- Advise on security controls for projects and potentially on penetration testing/vulnerability assessments.
- Research and analyze cybersecurity threats, performing root cause analysis.
- Assist in creating security solutions, including vendor security assessments and contract reviews.
- Manage remediation of vendor/operational security issues.
- Provide “Level 3” support for unresolved issues.
- Review projects for security alignment and represent infosec when needed.
- Provide management with required information, including dashboards and reports.

Basic Qualifications:
