Systems Assurance and Compliance Analyst

CLEAR is looking for a Systems Assurance and Compliance Analyst to join our growing team. Reporting to the Manager of Systems Assurance and Compliance, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) function within a dynamic global organization.

About the Role

As a Systems Assurance and Compliance Analyst, you will assess, mitigate, and manage information security risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards while balancing security and business objectives. This role involves leading audits, maintaining policies, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with NIST 800-53, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2, and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Lead internal and external security audits and risk assessments.
  • Implement security controls, policies, and compliance strategies.
  • Stay ahead of emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain security documentation and certification materials.
  • Collaborate across teams to assess and mitigate security risks.
  • Analyze the security impact of system modifications and technology advancements.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in controls assessment, validation, or implementation (Big 4 experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risks, and internal controls.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with application, infrastructure, and data security risks.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CRISC, CISA.
