As a Self-Pay Administrator Bank, you will provide exceptional customer service, guiding patients through self-pay treatment plans, pricing, and hospital packages. Contract: Bank (Flexible Hours)
Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour
Hours: Full-time availability required, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Your Role as a Self-Pay Administrator Bank
Customer Engagement & Patient Support

Communicate professionally with self-pay patients, explaining available treatment options.

Respond promptly to telephone and email inquiries within set SLAs.

Guide patients through pricing, packages, and consultant options.
Sales & Business Development

Convert a minimum of 60% of self-pay inquiries into confirmed appointments.

Track patient activity and optimize the self-pay journey to meet revenue goals.

Collaborate with consultants, secretaries, and departments to enhance patient experience.
Administration & Record-Keeping

Maintain and update patient records using CRM and bespoke systems.

Serve as the main point of contact for self-pay queries across departments.

Ensure smooth appointment booking and information sharing with consultants.
What We’re Looking For
Customer Service Experience – Background in sales, customer service, or account management.
Strong Communication Skills – Ability to handle phone, email, and face-to-face interactions professionally.
Financial Awareness – Ability to calculate procedure prices accurately.
Organized & Detail-Oriented – Strong record-keeping and CRM management skills.
Knowledge of Private Healthcare (Desirable) – Understanding of hospital packages and treatments.
