Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize and manage Google Ads campaigns, ensuring strong performance and effective paid search strategies.
  • Oversee client budgets, providing strategic financial oversight.
  • Lead ad campaign setup, including keyword research, ad copy development, and asset optimization to maximize results.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure growth in paid search and organic visibility.
  • Analyze market trends within the home services industry to inform strategic decisions.
  • Evaluate third-party reports (e.g., Page Speed, Core Web Vitals, Screaming Frog, WhatConverts) for performance insights.
  • Conduct final quality assurance checks before launching client campaigns, assisting with construction when needed.
  • Manage assigned projects, audits, and initiatives to advance CAMP PPC and organic strategies.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned to support business growth.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven Google Ads experience with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Strong ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and implement paid search best practices, including keyword audits, ad copy creation, conversion tracking, and on-page SEO.
  • Background in digital marketing or a degree in communication, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with search engine marketing & smart bidding strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple ad campaigns and department projects with attention to detail.
  • Strong deductive reasoning skills to make data-driven, strategic decisions.
  • A creative and analytical mindset to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues.
  • Positive attitude, high integrity, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for digital marketing and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, SEMRush, Bing Ads, and Google Search Console is a plus.

Compensation

  • Annual salary: $60K – $75K (based on qualifications).
