The ideal candidate is a likable, motivated self-starter with business acumen, sales instincts, and can run software demos. A great listener. Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience.
You’ll Work On
- Execute and iterate the sales strategy
- Develop sales strategy with CEO & Co-founder and Director of Operations & Finance
- Provide product insightful feedback to Product and Engineering
- Collaborate with leadership teams to develop overall company strategy
- Create a sales plan that defines Wunderite’s ICP and delivers a tailored value proposition
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Lead sales conversations at any point of a customer’s lifecycle including software demos and technical discussions
- Manage all aspects of the sales process
- Prospect for new clients (phone, email, social media)
- Qualify: Identify needs, pains, and success criteria of prospective customers
- Engage: Demonstrate how Wunderite’s value proposition solves customer needs (on video calls and at select trade shows)
- Close: Initiate, negotiate, and execute client contracts
- Retain: Ensure successful delivery with Customer Success by sharing success criteria, helping onboard, integrate, and support new customers, and identifying upsell opportunities
- Sales administration
- Become a Wunderite product expert including learning how the most successful agencies use Wunderite
- Review engagement/intent and usage data to determine high-intent prospects, sales trial viability, and customer health

- 3+ years of sales experience (B2B software or insurance sales preferred)
