Senior Account Executive

We are now looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic and growing UK team. If you’re passionate about marketing, fluent in Simplified Chinese, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, this is your chance to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Account Managers in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns

• Independently manage small to mid-size client accounts or lead workstreams within larger projects

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients – manage communications, gather feedback, and provide regular updates

• Organise and lead client meetings to track project progress and report on performance

• Help develop and nurture long-term client relationships and drive client satisfaction

• Assist with new business development, including pitch preparation and proposal writing

• Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, paid media) to ensure high-quality delivery

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency

• Experience managing advertising or social media campaigns

• Proficiency in Chinese social media platforms, particularly WeChat and RED (Xiaohongshu)

• Fluency in Simplified Chinese (written and reading)

• Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills

• Confidence in leading conversations and managing multiple stakeholders

• Creative thinking with a commercial mindset

• Familiarity with both print and digital media is a plus
