What You’ll Do

Review expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance

Track all payments and expenditures (payroll, invoices, credit cards, etc.)

Support payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate execution

Prepare payroll journal entries and reconciliations

Perform monthly bank reconciliations and related entries

Assist with accounts payable—from invoice review to payment processing

Handle inquiries related to AP and expense reports

Prepare stock-based compensation journal entries

Support ad hoc accounting tasks as needed
What You’ll Bring

4–6 years of accounting experience (preferably in high-growth SaaS)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
