We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team in San Jose (on-site 4 days/week). This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do

Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals

Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and variances

Assist with financial statement preparation (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow)

Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Ensure accurate expense recording and allocation across departments

Assist with tax compliance and preparation of returns

Support internal and external audits with required documentation

Maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and ensure US GAAP compliance

Handle sensitive financial data with integrity and discretion
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA license required

5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with public accounting or Big 4 background

In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 606 and ASC 842
-
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Effective communicator and team player with a high level of professionalism

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Nice to Have

Experience with NetSuite or other large ERP systems

Advanced skills in Microsoft and Google Suite applications
