Overview:
Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee financial statement reviews, journal entries, variance analysis, and identify cost recovery and process improvement opportunities. This role provides accounting support to field locations across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain financial records and prepare monthly reports and analyses.

Investigate and document complex account fluctuations for management review.

Monitor and reconcile sub-systems to the general ledger.

Support balance sheet preparation and review.

Collaborate with global teams.

Assist with various projects as assigned.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience with AS400 and/or Savvion preferred.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to travel as needed and comply with background checks and drug screening.
