FOX Corporation seeks a detail-oriented Senior Accountant for their Finance and Compensation team. This role involves leading month-end closing for payroll and equity, coordinating pay ratio studies, assisting with compensation budgeting and proxy disclosures, managing SOX compliance, and supporting payroll year-end reconciliations and ad-hoc projects.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and preferably experience with Workday HCM/financials, payroll, compensation, and public accounting. Strong analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to multitask and work under pressure, are essential.
The salary range for this position is $85,000.00-$102,000.00 annually for high-cost labor markets and $70,800.00-$85,000.00 annually for all other US locations, with potential for a discretionary bonus and benefits.
