Schrödinger, a leader in computational drug discovery and materials science (Nasdaq: SDGR), is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant, External Reporting to join our Accounting team. You will play a vital role in ensuring our financial success by coordinating with external auditors, leading SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, etc.), researching complex accounting issues, analyzing new accounting pronouncements, collaborating on tax return preparation, and ensuring internal control compliance.

We’re looking for an analytical problem-solver with strong communication and project management skills who thrives in a dynamic environment. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred) and a minimum of 4+ years of relevant accounting experience (or 2+ years in public accounting) are required. Proficiency in Excel and accounting ERP systems is essential.
