About the Role:

Imagine, a leader in game-changing visual communications, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our innovative team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, contributing to our commitment to delivering high-quality marketing solutions for top brands.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and administration of accounting systems and reconciliations.
  • Participate in the monthly financial statement close process, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
  • Analyze and interpret accounting data, preparing monthly variance analyses.
  • Support the Accounting Manager during the annual external audit.
  • Prepare journal entries and perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
  • Ensure effective accounting controls are in place.
  • Act as a liaison for accounting within business departments, providing guidance on financial impacts.
  • Focus in areas such as Compensation, Inventory/COGS, or Sales/Use Tax.
  • Handle other duties as assigned by the Controller.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent).
  • 3+ years of accounting and/or finance experience, preferably within a manufacturing organization.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and the ability to interpret its impact on business decisions.

Bonus Points:

  • Background in manufacturing or cost accounting.
  • CPA or CMA designation.

Your Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong functional computer knowledge in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with firm deadlines.

Work Environment:

This role involves occasional walking, manual dexterity for repetitive tasks, and frequent sitting. Travel is not anticipated.

The national pay range for this role is $64,000 – $94,000 annually, with the actual pay offered dependent on various factors including experience, skills, education, and location. Imagine offers a comprehensive benefits package.
