As a Senior Accountant within our CF R 7 SW team, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with global revenue recognition standards and providing insightful information to management in our dynamic and rapidly growing environment.

Your Mission:

As a key member of our revenue recognition policy and governance team, you will provide guidance and oversight on complex transactions and related processes. You will collaborate with colleagues across finance, order administration, IT, operations, and other accounting departments, overseeing our SAP revenue system and related revenue analysis. This role emphasizes reporting, data analytics, and a deep understanding of revenue recognition principles for intricate deals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide general guidance and oversight on revenue recognition for transactions and related processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in finance, order administration, IT, and sales.
  • Oversee the SAP revenue system and related revenue analysis.
  • Focus on reporting and data analytics related to revenue recognition.
  • Understand and apply revenue recognition principles for complex transactions.
  • Participate in project work, data analysis, and the establishment of processes and procedures.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A strong interest in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Solid accounting knowledge, strong analytical skills, business judgment, and attention to detail.
  • Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience in a for-profit organization.
  • Experience working in a similar dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system.
  • Experience in project work, data analysis, and establishing processes & procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in an international environment.
  • Strong communication skills in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (in office 2-3 days a week).

Salary Range: $82,100 to $147,800 annually, with eligibility for incentive compensation. Actual compensation will be based on location, skills, experience, and education/training.
