AMETEK Specialty Metal Products (SMP) is a leading manufacturer of high-purity metal products like powder, precision tubing, and strip in stainless steel, nickel alloys, and titanium, serving critical industries such as aerospace, medical, nuclear, and oil & gas. Committed to safety and global customer service, our Strip Business Segment operates manufacturing plants in Wallingford, CT, and Lancaster, PA.
We are seeking a Senior Plant Accountant to oversee various financial accounting, reporting, and financial management aspects for the Strip Business Segment’s manufacturing operations.
This role involves providing financial reporting, planning, and analysis support, as well as supporting the daily processes for AP, AR, CAPEX, and cash management, including transaction processing as needed. Strong analytical skills and experience are crucial for interpreting data and preparing insightful information to aid management in decision-making, financial deliverables, and performance reporting.
Reporting to the Segment Controller, you will be instrumental in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of our operations.
