Medvantx is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support our Corporate Controller with key financial operations. This role will focus on journal entries, account reconciliations, AR functions, and fixed asset management, all while ensuring compliance with GAAP. Ideal candidates will be self-driven, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations in accordance with GAAP.

Oversee accounts receivable and identify scalable automation solutions to support growth.

Track and reconcile cash flow and receipts across all bank accounts.

Manage fixed assets, including project cost tracking, periodic reviews, and retirements.

Assist with financial audits and banking compliance.

Support monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.

Handle ad hoc financial projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Maintain data confidentiality and stay updated on industry best practices.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including AR responsibilities.

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).

Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
