We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to support our Corporate Controller across a broad range of accounting and financial functions. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and brings a strong grasp of GAAP principles. The position offers the flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries and account reconciliations in compliance with GAAP.

Manage and support Accounts Receivable processes, while identifying scalable automation solutions as the company grows.

Monitor and reconcile cash transactions across multiple bank accounts and payment programs.

Oversee fixed asset accounting, including cost tracking, retirements, and periodic reviews, while collaborating with department managers.

Assist in monthly financial close and prepare reports, including variance analysis.

Support external financial and banking audits by preparing relevant documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.

Maintain confidentiality of financial data and contribute to process improvements.

Stay current with industry best practices and accounting standards through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.

3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on AR functions.

Solid knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP/accounting systems; NetSuite experience preferred.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Self-motivated and capable of handling complex tasks with minimal supervision.
