About the Job

Join our Accounting and Reporting group, where you will make a significant impact by leading research, accounting, and reporting activities. You’ll compile, analyze, and report financial data, implement new accounting standards, and collaborate with external auditors during audits and reviews.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of SEC financial filings (10-K, 10-Q, Proxy Statement).

Coordinate SOX compliance data collection and prepare related reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, tax, FP&A) to prepare financial footnotes.

Prepare cash flow statements, journal entries, and equity-related corporate accounting activities.

Ensure compliance with XBRL tagging and regulatory reporting standards.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.

5+ years of relevant experience, including Big 4 and multinational high-tech companies.

Experience with SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, Proxy).

Active CPA license required.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP, Workiva, and equity accounting systems.

In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.

Experience researching complex accounting issues and preparing technical memos.

Compensation & Benefits

US base salary range: $85,500 – $192,500, depending on experience, location, and other factors.
