About Vitality Living
Vitality Living operates senior living communities across the southern U.S., offering services in active adult, independent living, assisted living, and memory care. At our Support Office, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as a financial expert, supporting community teams with day-to-day accounting needs and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare general ledger journal entries, financial statements, A/R and A/P reports, and bank reconciliations.

Review financial data for accuracy and identify/report significant variances.

Collaborate with community and payroll staff to analyze payroll variances.

Support internal audits and assist with additional financial projects as needed.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

3–6 years of accounting experience, ideally in a growth-focused organization.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Yardi or AvidXchange, especially in senior living or real estate, is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
