Position Overview
At Digitas, our Data & Analysis team drives client growth through actionable insights and strategic guidance. We believe data should never exist in isolation—it should inform, inspire, and elevate every idea and campaign we deliver.
We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Analyst who thrives in turning complex data into meaningful stories and strategic recommendations. This role will be critical in uncovering insights from large datasets, optimizing marketing performance across channels, and effectively communicating results to clients.
Your Role: What You’ll Do
As a Senior Analyst, you’ll lay the strategic groundwork for data-informed marketing initiatives. Your focus will be on optimizing both brand and acquisition strategies through analytics, site performance, and testing.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Develop measurement frameworks across project and campaign lifecycles, including research plans, performance tracking, and reporting strategies.

Analyze extensive datasets to extract insights and make data-driven recommendations that support client objectives.

Provide a cross-channel view of marketing performance, connecting data from media, websites, search, social, email, and more.

Collaborate with clients on regular deliverables and ad-hoc requests, presenting findings in a clear and impactful way.

Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive business results and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in analytics, marketing strategy, or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.

Strong interest in digital marketing and the evolving digital ecosystem.

Proven ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients across various organizational levels.

Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP); familiarity with data tools like SQL or Tableau is a plus.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Compensation
-
Salary Range: $72,390 – $109,480 annually

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and business needs.
