Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead with Autonomy: Take charge of analyzing, optimizing, and addressing ad-hoc campaign requests, ensuring the success of our marketing strategies.

  • Shape Strategic Directions: Develop measurement plans aligned with business goals, guiding performance trends to drive enhanced outcomes.

  • Dive Deep into Insights: Analyze market and target intricacies, providing monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

  • Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with the data analytics team to ensure proper data collection and alignment with KPIs and objectives.

  • Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to departmental SOPs, driving operational efficiency in all processes.

Your Impactful Contributions:

  • Lead regular campaign analysis and optimization efforts using a defined set of KPIs across assigned accounts.

  • Develop a strong understanding of markets and targets, helping others navigate these complexities.

  • Independently create monthly campaign performance reports and optimization strategies for the planning teams.

  • Collaborate closely with the data analytics team, ensuring accurate data collection from clients and suppliers.

  • Design measurement plans that align with strategic objectives and media strategies.

  • Provide essential data and research support to clients and planning teams.

  • Become the go-to expert on each client’s data sources and insights.

  • Partner with your manager to generate trend reports and offer insights to improve performance across digital channels such as Search, Display, CTV, OLV, and Social.

  • Proactively analyze key drivers behind marketing and media performance, helping channel owners optimize spending efficiency in line with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, psychology, or a related field is preferred.

  • 3-5 years of experience in online marketing, web analytics, or research.

  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.

  • Experience in Pharma is highly advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with business intelligence software such as DOMO, PowerBI, or Tableau.

  • Experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.

  • Background in online direct marketing or media performance analysis.

  • Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, segmentation, research, lifetime value, and ROI is a plus.
