This role requires the ability to design, implement, and oversee technical solutions across DevOps, application development, data integration, and enterprise automation. You will contribute to a multi-year technology roadmap, ensuring solutions align with long-term business goals while addressing immediate project needs. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work with business managers, architects, and vendors to implement scalable, supportable, and future-ready systems.
Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and oversee solutions spanning applications, data, and automation.

Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Provide technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and solution roadmaps.

Partner with vendors to implement projects in alignment with Gentiva standards.

Support data architects and solution architects as needed.

Gather business requirements and translate them into standardized technical designs.

Work with QA, development, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of features.

Guide contractors and developers to ensure solutions meet business and technical goals.

Address technical debt and design maintainable, scalable systems.

Participate in project management activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Associate’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

8+ years of solution design, development, and implementation experience (will consider 5–8 years with strong aptitude).

Strong full stack development skills with expertise in .NET, C#, SQL, and Python.

Experience in DevOps practices with strong preference for Azure DevOps.

Knowledge of database design, web application frameworks, enterprise workflow, and application integration.

Proven ability to create and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Azure experience preferred: App Service, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory.

Strong documentation skills, including architectural diagrams and technical reports.

Excellent communication skills with ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven project management experience.

Ability to make strategic decisions and resolve conflicts effectively.
