What You’ll Do

  • Lead a team of staff auditors, overseeing and documenting tests of company financial records.
  • Support audit risk assessments across all company operations.
  • Train entry-level auditors in proper documentation of audit procedures and process controls.
  • Provide guidance on conducting compliance tests for accounting standards, laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Review audit work, offer coaching, and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Present and discuss audit findings with management.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and develop recommendations for process improvements.
  • Handle special projects and other assigned duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
  • CPA or CIA certification (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or auditing.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks for others.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to coach and mentor less experienced team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills in a team setting.
  • Capability to interact with employees at all levels, including business units and executive management.
  • Starting salary: $76,000.
