Key Responsibilities
As an Audit Senior, you will:

Lead and manage complex audit engagements within budget and deadline expectations.

Ensure compliance with firm and professional standards.

Identify and address client issues promptly with accuracy and professionalism.

Plan, schedule, and manage engagements, collaborating with clients and firm leadership.

Proactively communicate project status and client service opportunities.

Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to junior staff and team members.

Participate in firm-wide initiatives and leadership programs.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.

Minimum 3+ years of external audit experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong research abilities with both logical and creative thinking.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $80,000 – $125,000 (depending on experience, skills, and location).
