Job Purpose and Impact
As a Senior Auditor in Corporate Audit, you will execute complex audit programs focused on high-priority risks that align with Cargill’s strategies, operational goals, and compliance requirements. This role offers a two-to-four-year experience in Corporate Audit, with the opportunity to rotate into a business or functional role afterward.
Key Responsibilities

Audits: Perform end-to-end audit processes across diverse risk domains and support audit planning activities.

Risk Mitigation: Identify, assess, and prioritize risks in Cargill’s broader risk environment.

Compliance Review: Evaluate process effectiveness and recommend efficiency and risk-mitigation improvements.

Investigations: Conduct investigations into financial mismanagement or asset loss, preparing detailed reports.

Continuous Improvement: Support enhancements to audit strategies, tools, and processes.

Report Development: Prepare and deliver clear, actionable audit reports to management.

Issue Resolution: Analyze root causes, recommend solutions, and validate issue closure.

Consultation: Advise audit teams and business leaders, leveraging data analytics tools.

Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with management and staff to strengthen internal controls.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

4+ years of relevant work experience (typically 5+ years).

Strong experience in commodity risk management (e.g., trading P&L, forex exposure, derivative compliance).

Fluency in English.

Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior audit experience.

Proficiency in Mandarin, Portuguese, or Spanish.

SAP experience.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 (based on experience, location, and certifications).

Incentives: Eligible for discretionary performance-based bonus.
