-
Translate mission requirements into deployable, reliable, and scalable software solutions.
-
Develop robust API frameworks and integrations with cybersecurity sensors, analytics tools, and dashboards.
-
Implement microservices architectures, caching strategies, and database optimizations for low-latency, high-availability operations.
-
Drive features from architecture through testing, deployment, and sustainment in operational environments.
-
Collaborate with mission operators to tune configurations for performance, resilience, and security.
Required Qualifications
-
8+ years of backend software engineering experience in mission-critical or distributed systems.
-
Proficiency in Go, Java, or Python.

DoD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification (e.g., CISSP, CASP+, Security+ CE), or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.
-
Active DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
-
Prior experience with cybersecurity-focused backend systems or defensive cyber operations tools.
-
Knowledge of edge computing, disconnected operations, or cross-domain data transfer solutions.
