We’re seeking an experienced Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, campaigns, and storytelling. This is a high-impact role reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, collaborating across technical marketing, market development, communications, and HR.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the brand marketing function, championing vision, mission, and story across platforms.

Develop and execute strategic brand campaigns that increase brand value and usage.

Partner with marketing communications on impactful campaign execution.

Collaborate with technical and market development leaders to ensure brand consistency.

Track brand health and performance, providing insights to refine strategies.

Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to elevate brand visibility.
-
Oversee brand representation in media, content, and promotions.
-
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to maintain brand relevance.

Potential to manage public relations agencies (North America & EMEA).

Travel may be required for brand initiatives and events.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

8+ years of brand marketing experience with global brands.

Strong track record in brand development, positioning, and performance measurement.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.

Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring staff.

Project management experience with complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns.

Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics, and performance tracking tools.

Passion for technology, innovation, and brand building.
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Bluetooth® technology, wireless protocols, or connectivity ecosystems.

Experience in standards development organizations (SDOs) or industry alliances.

Global brand marketing in technical/regulated industries.

B2B2C marketing and developer ecosystem experience.

Skilled in technical brand storytelling and brand governance.

Agency/vendor management experience.

Familiarity with tools like Asana or Monday.
