Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your assigned territory through building local business partnerships, participating in organizational affiliations, and enhancing Comcast’s brand visibility.

  • Generate new business opportunities by engaging in strategic prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and leveraging partner networks.

  • Focus on sales of advanced communications services including PRI, Hosted PBX, and solutions for multi-location businesses.

  • Consult with prospects to identify communication challenges and recommend solutions that improve their internal and external connectivity.

  • Maintain accurate and timely sales records, along with activity and performance reports, as required.

  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified prospects and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, delivering a seamless Comcast experience from sale through service implementation.

  • Collaborate with technical, customer service, and support teams to ensure successful service delivery and long-term customer success.

  • Stay up to date on Comcast Business products and services to effectively position offerings.

  • Adhere to company standards of professionalism, including punctuality, conduct, and reporting.

  • Fulfill other responsibilities and special assignments as needed.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $55,000/year

  • Target Total Compensation (Base + Commission): $105,000/year
