About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support the technical, back-end processes and reporting needs of our Salesforce/CRM platform. In this role, you will drive process improvements, develop workflows, and support policies and procedures for new products, services, and system capabilities.
The Senior Business Analyst will also manage issue tracking, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely recovery when challenges arise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage project management best practices, and support both internal and external reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Lead technical and reporting functions for Salesforce CRM.

Identify process improvement opportunities and develop streamlined workflows.

Support policies, procedures, and system enhancements for new products/services.

Track system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve problems promptly.

Collaborate with project management and cross-functional teams for solution delivery.

Create and maintain internal/external business reports and dashboards.

Support data-driven decision-making through analytics and reporting insights.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:
-
3+ years in healthcare.

3+ years in project management.
-
3+ years in analytics.

Preferred Skills
-
Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise.
-
Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards.

Strong requirements gathering and business documentation skills (BRD).

Knowledge of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).

Familiarity with Salesforce data loader, Salesforce Inspector, or Workbench.
