About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to identify business needs, analyze data, and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with finance and operations leaders, acting as a trusted business partner to the COO, Regional Operations Leadership, and General Managers. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Reporting

Gather, interpret, and analyze data to identify opportunities for business process improvements.

Maintain and develop corporate reporting and metrics for board presentations.

Build and manage operational dashboards using web-based reporting tools.
Solution Development & Strategy

Propose and implement strategies to enhance business performance and efficiency.

Create and maintain executive-ready dashboards that provide actionable insights for senior operations management.

Perform market research and analyze financial reports to inform planning and decision-making.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

Serve as a liaison between executives, operations teams, and technical departments.

Develop clear documentation of business requirements, workflows, and expected outcomes.

Prepare and deliver executive-grade presentations and reports for leadership and board meetings.
Decision Support & Special Projects

Translate large volumes of data into meaningful insights and recommendations.

Support executives with financial modeling and scenario analysis.

Contribute to special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

5–7 years of experience in business or financial analysis with proven expertise in financial modeling and data analytics.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience working with large datasets and complex models.

Proficiency in BI and analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure.

Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.

Experience in service or project-based industries.

Background in fire protection or related business services is a plus.
Work Environment & Travel

Remote position with travel to company offices as required.
-
Up to 25% travel expected.
