Summary:
A leading professional services firm is seeking a highly motivated Clients & Markets Senior Manager to join their National Business Development and Marketing team. The role focuses on driving business growth, particularly within Private Equity and Listed businesses, through strategic business development activities, relationship management, and team leadership.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with a strong background in professional services and business development to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive the firm’s business development strategy.
- Lead a high-performing team to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end bid process, including preparation and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and partners.
- Drive lead generation, prospecting, and engagement through events and campaigns.
- Support national and regional initiatives to enhance profitability and market position.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven business development experience in professional services (essential).
- Knowledge of Private Equity and Listed businesses (preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience mentoring others.
- Expertise in bid management, client relationship building, and project coordination.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; CRM experience preferred.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
