As they continue to expand, they are looking to bolster their commercial function with the addition of a talented Senior Business Development Manager.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a true hunter who understands the intricacies of NHS procurement and multi-stakeholder sales. You will play a pivotal role in driving new business, forging strong relationships with both clinical and non-clinical audiences, and expanding the company’s footprint across the healthcare sector.
Supported by a team of SMEs and product specialists, you will confidently chair meetings with both existing and prospective customers, delivering compelling pitches that showcase the value of their cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business opportunities and revenue growth within the NHS.
- Build and maintain relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
- Lead high-impact sales presentations and chair meetings with authority and confidence.
- Develop tailored, solution-based pitches that address the unique needs of customers.
- Navigate NHS procurement processes, both on and off-framework.
- Collaborate with SMEs and product specialists to deliver high-value propositions.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s ambitious growth plans.
