What We Offer:

Basic Salary: £45,000–£50,000 (negotiable for exceptional candidates)

OTE: £60,000–£70,000+ (uncapped, based on profit delivery)

Your Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business growth across eCommerce logistics and fulfilment services
-
Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and lead generation through to close
-
Build consultative, long-term relationships with online retailers and multichannel brands
-
Design and propose tailored 3PL and fulfilment solutions to meet client needs
-
Collaborate with internal ops teams for smooth client onboarding and delivery
-
Monitor and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
-
Stay informed on trends in eCommerce, warehousing, WMS, shipping integrations, and delivery networks
We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has a proven sales track record in eCommerce logistics, 3PL, or fulfilment

Understands the needs of DTC brands and online retailers
-
Is confident handling complex sales and closing high-value deals
-
Works well autonomously in a target-driven environment
-
Sells through solution-based conversations and understands supply chain challenges
-
Has strong negotiation and communication skills
-
Is familiar with WMS/OMS systems, SLAs, and shipping/tech integrations
-
Has the permanent right to work in the UK
