About the Role:
Dragos, a leader in ICS/OT cybersecurity, is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to design and maintain resilient, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on supporting internal and external stakeholders by delivering secure, automated solutions for deploying and managing industrial cybersecurity products. You will work closely with engineering teams to drive best practices, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and ensure cloud environments are robust, maintainable, and efficient.
Responsibilities:

Design, document, and implement enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.

Improve deployment velocity, reliability, scalability, and quality, advancing DORA metrics.

Establish and drive best practices for development, testing, security, deployment architecture, automation, and operations.

Provide technical insight for system design, implementation, and troubleshooting with a focus on automation, scalability, maintainability, and efficiency.

Promote adoption of modern cloud tools and industry-standard practices across engineering teams.

Support production deployments and incident response.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on CI/CD and IaaS/PaaS engineering experience.

Strong knowledge of container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.

Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).

Experience deploying and maintaining managed cloud services (S3, EC2, AKS/EKS, RDS, CodePipeline, etc.).

Knowledge of certificate issuance and management (PKI, x.509, RSA/ECC/DSA, TLS/SSL).

Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Datadog).

Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash).

Experience with object-oriented programming (TypeScript preferred).

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional product teams.
