About the Role
As an Enterprise Customer Marketer, you will be the voice of Udacity’s enterprise customers, turning their stories into compelling content that drives retention, expansion, and loyalty. This highly collaborative role works across Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing to showcase enterprise impact and build lasting advocacy.
Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with enterprise customers to develop advocates and champions.

Create case studies, testimonials, and video spotlights showcasing enterprise ROI.

Design and run customer marketing campaigns to boost adoption, retention, upsell, and cross-sell.

Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deliver impactful customer-facing content.

Collect insights and feedback to influence product roadmap and thought leadership.
Qualifications
Required:
-
3+ years in customer marketing, B2B marketing, or advocacy (enterprise focus preferred).

Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills for executive audiences.

Proven collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.

Experience with customer advocacy platforms and tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).

Strategic thinker with strong project management and attention to detail.
