Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist (Remote – U.S.) to join our dynamic Customer Technical Support team. In this role, you’ll serve as a first line of technical support, resolving issues with Beckman Coulter chemistry systems for our customers across the country. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, assay, and training-related concerns and contribute directly to improved patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and virtual support requests to resolve complex instrument, software, and assay issues

  • Proactively monitor customer instruments via remote diagnostics to detect and address issues

  • Classify and document customer complaints per FDA requirements and company standards

  • Escalate unresolved technical issues to field service when necessary

  • Serve as a flexible team resource, handling a broad range of inquiries

  • Maintain detailed records in the CRM system for traceability and future reference

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate’s, vocational, or equivalent degree in biology, biomedical/electrical engineering, clinical lab science, or chemistry

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Beckman Coulter chemistry instruments

  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical information by phone

  • Willingness to work one weekend per month and take part in a rotating on-call schedule

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a medical technology call center or clinical laboratory

  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms

  • Background in a customer service-oriented environment
