About the Job:

Schonfeld’s Cybersecurity Operations Team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Analyst with significant hands-on experience in handling cyber incidents, especially material breaches. You’ll enhance our preventative controls, lead proactive threat hunting, and execute effective incident response.

What You’ll Do:

  • Leverage threat intelligence to strengthen our security framework and mitigate potential impacts.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of incident response: identification, containment, eradication, and recovery.
  • Review and approve configurations for critical network components (firewalls, IDS/IPS, etc.) to ensure cybersecurity standards.
  • Stay updated on security trends, vulnerabilities, and best practices to proactively improve Schonfeld’s security posture.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and audits to identify and address security risks.
  • Evaluate and implement advanced deception technologies.
  • Actively monitor, assess, and recommend tactical and strategic initiatives based on emerging threats, especially in cloud environments.
  • Assess and enhance our security technology stack, processes, procedures, and support models, leveraging automation for efficiency.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay ahead of relevant attack vectors and techniques.
