About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing Data Science and Analytics team. In this role, you’ll drive business decisions across the company by delivering accurate client reporting, uncovering product and marketing insights, and supporting teams with data-driven strategies.
This position offers opportunities to expand your skills in analytics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a measurable impact on the health outcomes of our users.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with Customer Success to create and present high-quality client reporting showcasing Hello Heart’s clinical outcomes, ROI, and business impact.

Analyze clinical outcomes, feature usage, and data trends to build compelling marketing and commercial materials.

Represent analytics in strategic client meetings, providing expert insights.

Define data collection needs across teams and systems to support reporting and analysis.

Use SQL to build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines supporting GTM business decisions.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of advanced experience in SQL, reporting, data analysis, and visualization.

5+ years with Python for data analytics/data science.

5+ years with BI/Analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Professional experience in value analytics and GTM reporting (Sales, Customer Success, Commercial).
Preferred Experience
-
Working with medical claims data.

Familiarity with data pipelines (e.g., Apache Airflow, Databricks).

Preparing executive-level data visualizations.
Compensation
-
Salary Range (U.S.): $130,000 – $160,000 annually

Additional compensation may include equity and benefits.
