Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Strategic Insights

  • Analyze marketing data to uncover trends, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvements to increase MQL generation.

  • Assist in developing and executing data-informed marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Support A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign outcomes and website performance.

  • Design learning plans that foster continuous, systemic improvement in digital performance.

Reporting & Dashboard Development

  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards to monitor key marketing metrics.

  • Prepare detailed performance and ROI reports, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Tell compelling, data-backed stories that drive decision-making across the organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with marketing teams to gather data requirements and deliver insights that inform strategy.

  • Partner with product and technology teams to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility.

  • Translate technical findings into business-friendly language and lead weekly/monthly performance review sessions.


Performance Metrics to Own

  • Actual vs. Projected Website Sessions

  • Actual vs. Projected Conversion Rates

  • Root cause analysis and explanations of marketing performance variances


Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in an analytics role, including 2+ years focused on digital analytics

  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis

  • Experience using data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email, and social media

  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with statistical modeling

  • Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing

  • Exposure to machine learning or AI applications in marketing analytics

  • Background in data science is beneficial

  • Certifications in SQL, Python, or R are a plus


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Analysis, or a related quantitative field

  • Equivalent experience considered in lieu of formal education

Compensation

  • Base Salary Range: $76,600 – $99,600 annually

  • Final compensation depends on location, experience, skills, and other factors. Additional earnings may be influenced by incentives, commissions, performance, or overtime where applicable.
