We are seeking a Senior Data Product Manager to drive the development and implementation of data products that enable informed decision-making for both our employees and customers. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, data science, operations, and commercial teams to enhance our products and optimize healthcare value for employers, employees, and their dependents.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products in collaboration with business, product, design, and engineering leads.

• Build compliant and high-value data products that help employers administer plans with accuracy, transparency, and cost savings.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and execute product requirements.

• Continuously gather feedback through user interviews and testing to guide product development.

• Serve as a liaison between data and product teams, ensuring data and insights are translated into actionable product features.

• Advocate for your product area across the organization to uncover new opportunities for growth and collaboration.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient feature delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare technology data product management.

• Expertise in healthcare data and analytics, including claims, prior authorization, and clinical data sources.

• Strong background in managing complex data for actionable insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Passion for improving healthcare outcomes.

• Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.

• Familiarity with regulated industries (HIPAA, FINRA, CCPA, etc.).

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
