What You Will Do:

Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and data management in collaboration with business, product, design, and engineering teams.

Maintain strong alignment with data teams, ensuring product development is driven by accurate and insightful data.

Develop compliant, high-quality data products that help employers administer their plans efficiently, with transparency and cost savings for plan sponsors.

Collaborate empathetically with business leaders, product teams, and subject matter experts to gather requirements and execute product strategies.

Prioritize the voice of the customer, continuously seeking feedback through interviews, user testing, and other research methods.

Bridge the gap between data and product development, turning data insights into product features that meet user needs.

Advocate for your product area within the organization, fostering collaboration, shared learning, and identifying opportunities for innovation.

Work closely with design, engineering, data science, and analytics teams to ensure features are delivered with high quality, scalability, and efficiency.

Communicate progress and maintain accountability to stakeholders, functional owners, and team members.
Your Skills Include:

8+ years of experience in healthcare technology data product management.
-
Expertise in healthcare data and analytics, including facility claims, prior authorization, and clinical data sources.

Strong experience managing, analyzing, and reporting on complex data to extract actionable insights.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
-
Passion for addressing healthcare challenges to improve others’ lives.

Ability to thrive in complex and dynamic environments.

Familiarity with enterprise software development and experience with data-driven products.

Knowledge of regulated industries (HIPAA, FINRA, CCPA, etc.).

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay Transparency:

Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA; Plano, TX; or Lehi, UT. Employees are expected to be in the office two days a week.

Compensation: The salary offered will vary based on location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity, along with stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
Pay Range by Location:

San Francisco, CA: $149,350—$196,875 USD

Lehi, UT: $119,500—$156,975 USD

Plano, TX: $132,000—$173,250 USD
