Position Overview
We’re seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Scientist to join our growing US-based Data Science & BI team. Your contributions will be critical in shaping product strategy and influencing how healthcare professionals interact with patient data through our generative AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

Collect, clean, and analyze both internal and external data to identify meaningful trends and insights.

Maintain comprehensive visibility into our AI generation pipelines, including quality metrics and automated production assessments.

Detect and resolve issues identified through data monitoring and reporting tools.

Advanced Data Modeling

Model user behavior by analyzing engagement metrics, funnel data, and interactions to support product enhancements.

Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to assess product feature effectiveness.

Develop and analyze metrics to evaluate AI models, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate data insights into actionable product priorities.

Act as a subject matter expert on business context and analytics data, clarifying assumptions and limitations.

Continuously improve understanding of business and product by identifying and filling data gaps, working with multidisciplinary teams including product, engineering, partner success, and executives.

Who You Are
-
8+ years experience using Python, R, and SQL for data analytics.

5+ years in product-oriented roles, driving outcomes via A/B testing and goal-setting.

Proficient with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Sigma, or code-based tools like Seaborn and ggplot2.

Strong communicator able to convey complex quantitative results to non-technical audiences clearly and effectively.

Collaborative team player, eager to assist others and solve data challenges.

Adaptable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Preferred Background

Familiarity with healthcare environments, electronic health records (EHR), and healthcare billing.

Experience with techniques to measure and enhance user engagement is a plus.
Compensation
Base salary ranges from $184,500 to $225,750 annually, with potential equity participation. This range reflects San Francisco Bay Area standards and may vary based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
Work Model
This role requires a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of three days per week in our San Francisco office. Relocation assistance is available for candidates willing to move.
