Your Mission
As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll help shape the future of business travel by leveraging machine learning and data science to deliver real business impact. You will:

Develop and implement ML strategies for lead scoring, churn prediction, pricing, personalization, and fraud detection.

Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate insights into measurable outcomes.

Lead end-to-end projects including data gathering, feature engineering, model development, training, and deployment.

Enhance infrastructure and analytics capabilities in partnership with data engineering teams.

Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist/ML Engineer in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Strong expertise in ML algorithms, statistical modeling, Python (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy), and SQL.

MS/PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

Experience with Snowflake and Streamlit is a plus.

Strong problem-solving mindset, with a focus on simple, effective ML solutions.

Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Compensation

Base Salary: $150,000–$200,000 USD

Total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay, depending on experience and location.
