As a Data Scientist, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights that drive product and business decisions. About the Data Scientist Role
As a Data Scientist at Phantom, you will focus on product analytics to empower teams with data-driven insights. You will help define metrics, design experiments, and analyze user behavior to inform product and operational decisions. Your work will directly influence how millions of users experience crypto, onboarding them smoothly and encouraging engagement across Solana, Ethereum, Polygon, and Bitcoin networks.
Key Responsibilities

Empower the Company with Data: Generate actionable insights that influence product and business strategy.

Develop Metrics and Experiments: Design experiments, track growth, and measure the impact of product changes.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to shape the roadmap.

Analyze Large Data Sets: Clean, process, and interpret diverse datasets to support decision-making.

Drive Product Impact: Use statistical knowledge, funnel analysis, and experiment results to optimize user experience.
Qualifications

5+ years in product-driven organizations with experience in data analytics or data science roles.

Proven track record of using data to drive decisions and impact business outcomes.

Expertise in SQL and proficiency in Python and/or R.

Experience with experiment design, statistical concepts, and funnel analysis.

Familiarity with large, complex datasets and generating insights from them.

Nice-to-have: experience with crypto, NFTs, or DeFi datasets.
