Senior Designer – Financial Marketing Campaigns (Contract, Remote)
Trellist is seeking a Senior Designer to lead and execute innovative financial marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 clients. This contract role (4–6 months, part- or full-time) offers the potential to transition into a permanent position. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to create visually compelling campaigns that drive measurable impact. Working closely with designers, copywriters, developers, and project managers, you’ll bring financial products and services to life across digital, email, direct mail, and interactive channels.
Key Responsibilities for Senior Designer – Financial Marketing
Strategic & Creative Leadership

Develop campaign concepts that meet business goals while complying with financial regulations.

Translate complex financial products into engaging, easy-to-understand creative solutions.

Lead the creative vision across multi-channel campaigns, including email, digital display, landing pages, and direct mail.
Campaign Execution

Deliver end-to-end design solutions from concept to production.

Apply direct response marketing principles to optimize engagement and conversions.

Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while innovating for performance.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Partner with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, developers, and account managers, to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.

Present creative strategies and concepts to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Provide input on component libraries within CMS platforms like Adobe AEM for scalable campaign design.
Candidate Requirements
Experience

7–10 years of design experience, including 3+ years in a senior designer role.

Proven success designing digital marketing campaigns for financial services (banking, lending, insurance, fintech, or wealth management).
Technical Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and similar design tools.

Understanding of data-driven design and creative optimization techniques.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance for financial marketing materials.

Experience designing for CMS platforms with component libraries (e.g., Adobe AEM).
