Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic Quant Analytics Platforms team within the CDO (Chief Data Office). You will have experience operationalizing cloud-native (AWS) systems at scale. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-impact, greenfield project to scale and evolve the advanced analytics platform infrastructure and capabilities powering our Research, Investments and Trading quant analytics workloads across T. Rowe’s global Equities, Fixed-Income and Multi-Asset desks.

Role Summary

Automate operational tasks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools: Terraform, and Terragrunt, and Helm for charting K8s deployments.
Optimize CI/CD pipelines and streamline deployment processes.
Ensure platform high availability and reliability.
Implement robust observability and alerting.
Implement security best practices in compliance with regulatory and enterprise standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in test and production environments.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
