Company Overview
At Kin, we’re redefining what home insurance can—and should—be. Our mission is to deliver smarter, more compassionate coverage that puts homeowners first. Whether it’s using data to tailor protection or offering exceptional, human-centered claims service, everything we do revolves around the needs of our members. As climate-related risks continue to grow, homeowners deserve an insurance partner that’s truly committed to standing by them—no matter what.
By leveraging advanced technology and offering insurance directly to consumers, we eliminate unnecessary costs and pass those savings on to our customers. This streamlined, customer-first model is the core of who we are. Our innovative approach has fueled significant growth and earned the trust of top-tier investors, including QED Investors, Activate Capital, August Capital, Commerce Ventures, Hudson Structured Capital Management, Avanta Ventures, Geodesic, and Flourish.
