Our Integrated Analytics (IA) team drives innovation in North America, combining the talents of data scientists, machine learning engineers, DevOps engineers, underwriters, actuaries, and other specialists. Position Summary: Senior DevOps Engineer

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design and implement resilient, cloud-native infrastructure to support business applications and machine learning workloads. You’ll lead initiatives to automate and streamline our operations and deployments, maintain secure and scalable infrastructure through code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain highly available, cloud-based infrastructure for applications and ML services

  • Use cloud-native tools to streamline service deployment and release cycles

  • Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines across teams

  • Automate infrastructure and DevSecOps processes to reduce manual interventions

  • Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform

  • Develop monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure operational reliability

  • Support the DevOps stack’s daily operations, monitoring, and security

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals

  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership across the team

  • Continuously enhance your technical skill set and contribute as a subject matter expert


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

  • Expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane)

  • Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and ArgoCD

  • Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

  • Strong understanding of networking and cybersecurity principles

  • Solid programming skills—preferably in Python, Golang, or JavaScript/TypeScript

  • Deep knowledge of Linux systems

  • Proven ability to lead incident response and manage system outages effectively

  • Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or the ELK Stack

  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset
