About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with advanced experience in Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to design, optimize, and lead cloud infrastructure initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on automation, scalability, and security across multi-cloud environments. You will define CI/CD strategies, strengthen observability systems, and ensure that applications are delivered reliably and securely.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure & Architecture

Design and maintain secure, scalable infrastructures in Azure and GCP.

Lead migrations, hybrid cloud solutions, and cost optimization projects.

Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or Pulumi.
CI/CD & Automation
-
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Cloud Build.
-
Automate provisioning, scaling, and configuration management.
-
Develop scripts in Bash, PowerShell, and Python to minimize manual tasks.
Observability & Reliability
-
Implement centralized monitoring with Azure Monitor, Stackdriver, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Define and track SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs.

Lead incident management and post-incident reviews.
Security & Compliance
-
Apply cloud security best practices, including IAM, secrets management, and network security.

Partner with compliance teams to meet SOC2 and other regulatory standards.

Integrate “shift-left” security within infrastructure pipelines.
Collaboration & Leadership

Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams.
-
Mentor junior DevOps engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies and DevOps tools.
Required Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.

Expertise in Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Functions, Azure DevOps).

Strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (GKE, Cloud Run, IAM, networking).

Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, Pulumi).

Strong skills in Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.

Strong scripting ability in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.

Deep understanding of networking, DNS, load balancers, and cloud security.
